Report content or a user
The fastest way to report something is inside the app: tap the ••• menu on any activity, route, comment, profile, or message and choose Report. You can also block a user from their profile, a chat, or a friend card. We review reports promptly. If you can't access the app, email us at the address above with details.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. The action cannot be undone.
Why does Trackster need background location?
Background location lets an activity keep recording accurately when the app isn't in the foreground or your screen is locked — for example when your phone is in your pocket on a long hike. It is used only while you are actively recording an activity.
How do I manage permissions?
You can grant or revoke location, camera, photo, and notification permissions at any time in your device's system settings.
